Today is my blog’s one year anniversary!! Wow, I didn’t even realize that I’ve been blogging for a year now. One year went by pretty fast. It felt like it was just yesterday when I took the risk and jumped into the blogging world. It was definitely overwhelming at first as I didn’t know what I was doing. But it has always been my passion, so I think that’s what pushed me to keep going.
Well, just like that another month has passed. And we’re headed towards the end of the year, who’s excited for the holiday season? I sure am, I look forward to the holiday season every year. I started listing out monthly goals last month, and I can’t really say that it’s a success. Let’s be honest here, not all of us are good at achieving our goals right away, most of it is a work in progress, especially if a lot of things get in the way. But at least I was able to cross off some of them, which is amazing. 🙂
Wow, September just flew by, and I felt like I didn’t accomplish anything. When I started blogging my only goal was to have at least one post a week. I’m someone who just goes with the flow and do things on the spur of the moment. (I know, I know, it’s bad) I’ve seen a lot of bloggers with monthly goals not just for their blog but also some life goals. So I’ve decided to jump right into it, and here are my goals for the month of October.
We all desire a positive, happy life, and we all know that we can only achieve it by having a positive attitude. Besides, a positive attitude is better than a negative one. However, it is easier said than done, we tend to attract more negativity in life than what we hope for. But how can we steer away those negative vibes in exchange for a more positive one?
I myself struggle to maintain a positive attitude throughout the week. Stress and frustrations can bring negative energy in our life, and more often than not we prefer to view the bad and ignore the good. But, every day I am always reminded to change how I perceive things.
Three months ago, I asked myself, “How can I live a more positive and happy life?”. That question changed my perception in life, from a negative focused thought to a more positive outlook. I told myself, I need to change something in my life. Although, like everyone, I still do struggle to maintain positivity from time to time, and living a positive life is more challenging. But having that desire for a joyful life helps me focus more on the positive side.
