Review || Belif Holiday Set

Lately, I’m all about Korean skin care products. I just love how most of the Korean skincare brands are switching into being natural and organic. The Face Shop is overall an amazing shop for brands such as Belif, Dr Belmeur and their own products as well. I’ve heard so many great things about Belif, and so I finally jumped into the K-beauty craze. Belif’s Holiday Set consists of a full-sized true cream-moisturizing bomb and a travel sized Hungarian water essence and a moisturizing and firming eye cream.

True Cream-Moisturizing Bomb

A cream moisturizer that claims to provide the skin with intense hydration which leaves the skin feeling smooth. They say that this moisturizer is perfect for dry to normal skin. I’ve tried drugstores and high-end moisturizer, but nothing compares to this. I love how this moisturizer does not leave my skin feeling greasy. And it definitely lives up to its claims. My skin has never been so soft.

Hungarian Water Essence

Essence is one of the essentials in Kbeauty. Kbeauty goes all out when it comes to their essences. It claims to regain and recharge the skin’s moisture in an instant. Hungarian water essence contains a blend of apothecary herbs, including rosemary and lavender. One thing I like about this serum is that it is so lightweight but it leaves your skin so soft and supple combined with the true cream moisturizing bomb. It has a subtle scent that it’s not overpowering which I like.

Moisturizing and Firming Eye Cream

The last product in this set is the eye cream. They say that it provides long-lasting hydration and firmness. I’ve heard so many great things about this eye cream. It is hydrating for sure, but I did not see much difference. This is the only product in this Holiday set that didn’t live up to my expectations. But if you’re looking for an eye cream just for the hydration part, this is pretty decent.

Overall, this is a great holiday gift set, and it is only less than $50! Have you tried anything from Belif, or any Korean products in general? What are some of your favourite Korean brand?
